摘要
液相色谱(LC)与电化学检测器(EC)是一种互补的分析工具,相对于LC与光学或质谱检测器(LC-MS)是一种互补的分析工具。LC-EC可用于测定其他商用探测器难以分析的分子。新的EC探测器设计和新的工作电极材料扩展了在药物化合物分析领域的应用范围。在药物稳定性和药物代谢模拟研究方面,与光学探测器相比,EC和LC-MS具有更多的优势。本文报道了一些关于具有药理活性的化合物的剂型、天然产品中的草药、饲料中的药物残留和/或生物样品中的药物残留的文献。

摘要: Liquid chromatography (LC) coupled to an electrochemical (EC) detector is a complementary analytical tool compared to LC coupled with optical or mass spectrometry detectors (LC-MS). LC-EC can be applied to the determination of molecules difficult to be analyzed by other commercially available detectors. New EC detector design and new working electrode material have extended the scope of application in the field of pharmaceutical compounds analysis. Combining EC with LC-MS offers additional advantages compared to optical detectors in terms of drug stability and drug metabolism mimicry studies. Selected literature devoted to pharmacologically active compounds in their dosage forms, herbal drugs in natural products, drug residues in feed and/or in biological samples are reported in this review.
