摘要
本文综述了二氧化硅,氧化铝和磷酸钙纳米材料的生物医学应用的使用。一个简短的介绍了使用的材料在科学,纳米技术和健康中的作用,其次是修订了选定的材料。包括在纳米结构形式的材料制备中使用的主要合成方法的描述。在生物医学领域应用最为广泛的应用包括,例如药物、骨再生、成像、传感等。最后,一个简短的描述的毒性和细胞毒性与本修订的每一个材料。这个简短的回顾文献证明了基于二氧化硅纳米氧化铝和磷酸钙生物和生物医学应用的非常有前途的未来。

摘要: This article reviews the use of silica, alumina and calcium phosphate-based nanostructured materials with biomedical applications. A short introduction on the use of the materials in Science, Nanotechnology and Health is included followed by a revision of each of the selected materials. A description of the principal synthetic methods used in the preparation of the materials in nanostructured form is included. The most widely used applications in biomedicine are reviewed including, for example drug-delivery, bone regeneration, imaging, sensoring amongst others. Finally, a short description of the toxicity and cytotoxicity associated with each of the materials of this revision is presented. This short literature revision serves to demonstrate the very promising future ahead of nanosystems based on silica, alumina and calcium phosphate for biological and biomedical applications.
