Abstract
Synthesis of new cap analogs containing 2-OH modifications on both guanosine and m7guanosine moieties such as m2 7,2OG[5]ppp[5]m2OG and 2-OH modifications on both m7guanosine moieties such as m2 7,2OG[5]ppp[5] m2 7,2OG are reported. Structures were confirmed by 1H and 31P NMR and mass spectral data.
