Abstract
This paper describes a convenient synthesis of protected hydrazine derivatives, i.e. 1,2-bis-Bochydrazinoacetic acid, and its application for hydrazone ligation techniques in convergent template assembled synthetic protein (TASP) synthesis.
Keywords: chemoselective ligation, template assembled synthetic proteins (tasp), n-boc-3-(4-cyanophenyl)oxaziridine (bpco), synthesis, amino acids, electrophilic amino group
