摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)作为一组新的非编码RNA,可以显著地调节各种生物过程。下调肿瘤抑制lncRNAs和上调致癌lncRNAs(onco-lncRNAs)与胃癌(GC)的发展有关。这些失调与胃癌中化学敏感性降低、抑制细胞凋亡和肿瘤迁移增加有关。此外,越来越多的证据表明,lncRNA可以作为一种有价值的诊断和预后生物标志物,其表达水平与患者的临床病理特征显著相关。本研究旨在回顾肿瘤抑制lncRNA和onco-lncRNAs在胃癌发展中的最新发现,并强调其在治疗胃癌细胞中的治疗、诊断和预后价值。此外,它还旨在强调lncRNA治疗GC的未来发展方向。
