摘要
近年来,基因工程通过多种策略以特异性和可控性的方式刺激基因表达是一种快速发展的治疗方法。基因修饰的人类干细胞或祖细胞,如胚胎干细胞(ESCs),神经祖细胞(NPCs),间充质干细胞/基质细胞(MSCs),和造血干细胞(造血干细胞)直接递送特定的治疗分子或基因,已被证明是再生医学背景下的一个适当计划,由于其支持的生存能力、增殖特征和代谢质量。另一方面,大量的研究已经调查了使用来自不同来源的细胞、不同的基因传递方式、不同的转染产量和肿瘤模型的广泛变异来修饰干细胞在癌症治疗中的疗效。因此,基于细胞的基因治疗对人类恶性肿瘤的治疗具有重要的意义,因为它可以缓解症状,甚至治愈癌症,治疗性或自杀性转基因产物的后续表达;然而,在这方面存在着不一致的结果。在此,我们简要概述了干细胞在癌症治疗和再生医学中的应用潜力,并重点讨论了基于干细胞的基因传递能力,以刺激组织修复和替代,以及它们作为抗癌治疗策略的潜力。专注于过去二十年的体内研究。
