摘要
胚胎植入失败已被作为早期辅助生殖和妊娠的重要限制参数引入。胚胎-母体相互作用、子宫内膜容受性和植入检测包括胚胎活力。为了调节植入,多个分子可能是一致的;然而,它们的具体监管机制仍不清楚。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) 因其对人类胚胎植入的重要作用而引起了广泛的关注。作为基因表达的转录调节因子的微小RNA(miRNA)由胚胎植入组成。最近的研究表明,miRNA 不仅在细胞内起作用,而且可以通过多种包装形式由细胞分泌到细胞外环境中,促进细胞间通讯并提供与各种条件相关的指示信息。细胞外 miRNA 的检测为植入研究提供了新的信息。对于胚胎与母体的交流,miRNA 提供了新的方法。此外,在辅助生殖中,对于胚胎的选择和子宫内膜容受性的预测,它们可以作为非侵入性的生物标志物,在减少组织机械损伤的过程中提高准确性。
