Abstract: A letter to the editor to discuss several uses of brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the investigation of neurological manifestations of covid-19. Described several situations in which the MRI is needed. Brain MRI is an important diagnostic method in the covid-19 scenario, to investigate possible neurological complications of the disease.
