摘要
卵巢是维持女性生育力的卵母细胞来源,并且是内分泌动态平衡性激素的主要供应商。各种情况,例如遗传缺陷,自身免疫性疾病,自然衰老和环境毒素,都可能破坏卵巢,导致卵巢功能下降,目前尚无有效的治疗方法来消除这种功能。干细胞显示出治疗许多难治性疾病的前景,在动物模型和卵巢功能不全的女性中,干细胞移植已被证明是一种有效且安全的卵巢损伤和卵巢衰老的新治疗方法。但是,人们对提高卵巢功能的积极结果所依据的具体机制还没有很好的了解。越来越多的证据表明,干细胞来源的条件培养基,外泌体和营养生长因子也可以抑制卵巢损伤,并减轻雌性小鼠与年龄相关的生育能力下降,表明干细胞发挥旁分泌作用。为了阐明改善卵巢功能和促进干细胞分泌能力的细胞和分子机制(包括信号传导途径)的进一步研究,将填补临床上干细胞治疗从台到床的空白。此外,对干细胞分泌基因组的深入分析和关键有效成分的鉴定将为卵巢功能不全和卵巢衰老的无细胞治疗策略提供新的范例。
