神经性疼痛是由体感神经系统的损害或功能障碍引起的。 神经性疼痛的主要机制包括伤害性神经的异位活性,外周和中枢敏化,抑制调节受损以及小胶质细胞活化。 成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFs)是一大类生长因子,可通过RAS / MAP激酶途径,PI3激酶/ Akt途径和PLCγ这三个主要的关键信号传导途径介导神经发育,代谢和功能。 最近,FGF系统的成员与神经性疼痛的改善之间的联系变得明显。 可以预期这些信号分子为神经性疼痛的治疗提供新的药物靶标。 据我们所知,这是第一个回顾FGF系统某些成员与神经性疼痛之间关系的研究。
