人体NIN1 / RPN12结合蛋白1同源物(NOB1)是一种RNA结合蛋白,在正常组织如肺,肝和脾中普遍表达。其核心生理功能是调节蛋白酶活性,参与维持RNA代谢和稳定。 NOB1在多种癌症中过表达,包括胰腺癌,非小细胞肺癌,卵巢癌,前列腺癌,骨肉瘤,乳头状甲状腺癌,结肠直肠癌和神经胶质瘤。尽管现有数据表明NOB1过表达与癌症生长,侵袭和预后不良有关,但这些作用背后的分子机制及其确切作用仍不清楚。一些研究已经证实NOB1在不同的癌症中具有临床相关性,并且在分子水平上的进一步研究将有助于评估NOB1在肿瘤中的作用。 NOB1已经成为抗癌治疗的一个有吸引力的目标,因为它在许多癌症中过度表达并介导肿瘤发展的不同阶段。阐明NOB1在不同信号通路中作为潜在的癌症治疗的作用将为现有的癌症治疗方法提供新的思路。本综述总结了过去十年中癌症中NOB1的研究进展;该信息通过靶向NOB1为未来的抗癌治疗提供了有价值的线索和理论指导。
