小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的恶性程度在所有肺癌类型中最高。 其特点是生长迅速,早期发生远处转移,生存率低,最初对化疗和放疗敏感。 然而,由于化疗耐药性,大多数患者最终复发或疾病进展。 由于缺乏有效的二线治疗,SCLC患者的预后通常较差。 对于新疗法的开发,有必要了解SCLC中化疗耐药的机制。 该机制很复杂,因为多种因素可能导致化疗耐药。 讨论了触发SCLC细胞化学疗法抗性表型形成的多个事件的概述。
