适体是具有20-100个核苷酸的长度的单链DNA或RNA,其可以通过形成的三维结构与靶分子特异性结合。这些创新的靶向分子在生物医学领域引起了越来越多的兴趣。与传统的蛋白质抗体相比,适体具有多个优点,例如体积小,结合亲和力高,特异性强,生物相容性好,稳定性高和免疫原性低,这些都有助于它们在生物医学领域的广泛应用。适体可以与细胞膜上的受体结合并介导自身或结合的纳米颗粒进入细胞。因此,适体可以用作药物递送的理想靶向配体。由于其优异的性能,已开发出用于癌症治疗的不同适体介导的药物递送系统。这篇综述简要概述了基于适体的药物递送系统的最新进展。还讨论了优势,挑战和未来前景。
