摘要
背景:异黄酮是天然存在的类黄酮,常见于东亚地区数百年来食用的食物中,其特征是具有能够在人类细胞上发挥类固醇类雌激素活性的结构。根据流行病学和临床研究的结果,他们吸引了全世界的研究者兴趣。异黄酮及其代谢物参与各种生物过程表明它们可以影响多种代谢途径,并可以在表观遗传水平上影响基因表达,可能涉及早期生命所致。它们对多种疾病显示出积极的健康影响,尤其是在预防冠心病和神经系统疾病,激素相关的癌症,骨质疏松症和绝经后症状方面。 方法:我们通过书目数据库结构检索有关异黄酮促进健康的特性,风险评估和作用机制,对现有文献进行了严格的评估。此外,我们提供了有关其生化特性,来源和生物利用度的有用信息。 结果:尽管这些分子已成为众多研究的主题,但它们对人类机体健康的作用仍存在争议。此外,通过对东部人群进行的流行病学研究获得的结果(发现具有良好的健康促进特性)与西方临床试验(获得的积极效果相差甚远)之间存在很大的不一致。 结论:进一步的流行病学研究和精心设计的前瞻性人体研究将确定异黄酮暴露的有益作用,并确定其安全的治疗方法。
