摘要
心脑血管疾病(CCVD)是一个主要的以及日益增长的世界性的健康负担。虽然治疗已经取得了一定进展,但给病人的新型的治疗方案仍然是一个主要的研究项目。有很多药物针对心脑血管疾病,但它们中的大多数缺乏特异性以及半衰期短,严重限制了其广泛的临床应用。利用一些由心脑血管疾病产生的病理生理变化,在心脑血管疾病患者中就可以实现靶向药物的分布。目前的综述旨在捕捉各种药物输送系统,专门为血管性疾病的药物做运输,包括被动、主动和理化 针对性的传输载体。详细描述了它们的设计策略和机制。当前的不足和未来的方向仍在讨论中。

摘要: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (CCVD) are a major and increasing health burden worldwide. Although treatments have been made a certain progress, the development of novel therapies for patients remains a major research object. There are a lot of drugs against CCVD, but most of them lack tissue specificity with a short half-life, which seriously limits their extensive clinical application. Utilization of some pathophysiological changes caused by CCVD, targeted drug distribution in CCVD patients could be achieved. The current review aims to capture various drug delivery systems transporting drug specifically to vascular disease, including passive, active and physicochemical targeted delivery carriers. Their design strategies and mechanisms are described in detail. The present limitations and future perspective are also discussed.
