Abstract
We report a case of extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) that presented as multiple pulmonary nodules and masses. Lung lesions were found incidentally on a chest radiograph in an asymptomatic patient. Abdominal CT scan was obtained that showed asymmetric gastric mucosal thickening. Biopsy of lung masses and gastric mucosa confirmed the diagnosis of MALT lymphoma. The subject of MALT lymphoma is reviewed.
