最近,分子生物病理学领域取得了显著进展,研究人员开始评估转录因子在治疗各种实质退行性病变中的作用、分子机制和临床价值。特殊试剂具有细胞谱系重编程的能力,其被称为转录因子,具有基因表达修饰的能力。因此,任何可能改变基因表达的生态位因子都被称为转录因子。多种转录因子参与调控胰腺干细胞的成熟、分化和增殖;首先,不仅Pdx1、NeuroG3和MafA,转录因子也可以将肝细胞和胆囊细胞之间的体细胞转分化为胰岛素分泌细胞。这些转录因子的异质能力具有临床意义,因为它们可以控制细胞的再生能力。在生理学上,胰腺细胞分为外分泌细胞和内分泌细胞。胰腺内分泌功能障碍在临床上更为常见,更具临床相关性。本文将阐明转录因子在内胚层源性体细胞转分化为胰腺β样细胞中的作用和可能的机制。在临床上,了解产生生理性β细胞的潜在机制对于优化当前疗法和通过收集特异性转录因子评估新的治疗靶点至关重要。转录因子可应用于糖尿病和慢性胰腺炎。
