乳腺癌是女性中最常见的癌症类型,尽管治疗方法有所改进,但它仍然是主要挑战。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) 是一个小的非编码 RNA 家族,在调节主要生理过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用,包括分化、增殖、侵袭、迁移、细胞周期调节、干细胞维持凋亡和器官发育。这些微小分子的失调与各种人类恶性肿瘤有关。据估计,这些非编码 RNA 序列中有超过 50% 被放置在与癌症相关的基因组区域或脆弱位点上。在发现乳腺癌中特定 miRNA 的第一个特征后,许多研究都集中在将这些微小的 RNA 作为一种新的治疗方法或作为可靠的预后生物标志物参与乳腺癌病理生理学。在当前的综述中,我们关注与 miRNA 通过与其临床意义相关的 AKT 信号通路参与乳腺癌相关的最新发现。
