华北农村老年人饮食习惯与轻度认知障碍的关系

摘要

背景:最近的研究结果表明,饮食,特别是营养摄入和饮食模式,可能在轻度认知障碍(MCI)的流行中发挥作用;然而,很少有研究明确研究饮食习惯和MCI之间的关系。 目的:探讨中国老年人的饮食习惯与MCI之间的关系。 方法:本横断面研究涉及天津老年人营养与认知队列(TENCC)研究的基线数据,从中国天津农村地区招募了3111名社区老年人(326名MCI患者和2785名非mci)。2018年3月至2019年6月,所有参与者都接受了详细的神经心理评估,允许进行心理测量MCI分类。关于自我报告的饮食行为的信息是通过面对面的访谈收集的。使用逻辑回归模型估计粗优势比和多变量调整比值比(ORs)和95%置信区间(CIs)。 结果:在多变量调整模型中,每周吃早餐4-6次。≤每周3次,或:0.45;95%可信区间:0.26,0.75),早餐前饮水(是的vs。否,OR:0.64;95%可信区间:0.51、0.82),每天用水≥为1.5L(vs。<每天1.5升,或:0.64;95%可信区间:0.51,0.82),12点后吃午餐(vs。12:00前,OR:0.59;95%CI:0.47、0.75)与MCI风险降低相关。食用较多食用油的参与者患MCI的风险较高(中度vs。低,或:1.42;95%可信区间:1.04、1.92;高vs。低值,或:1.40;95%可信区间:1.07-1.83)。 结论:本研究提示,早餐频率、每日饮水、食用油摄入和饮食时间,可能与MCI风险有关。如果得到重复,这些发现将为MCI的饮食干预开辟新的可能性。
