摘要
2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)是一种由新型冠状病毒引起的传染病。人类冠状病毒(HCoV)由于其高基因组核苷酸替换率和重组,被认为是进化最快的病毒之一。在严重急性呼吸系统综合征(SARS)和中东呼吸系统综合征(MERS)中,COVID-19由于其较高的分子多样性,传播速度更快,提高了病毒在各种环境条件下的全球化水平和适应能力。全文重点介绍了冠状病毒的一般特征、分子多样性以及新方法靶向新冠病毒的分子蛋白。本文结合当前对SARS-CoV-2感染的认识,对有助于COVID-19治疗的最新进展和未来方面进行了批判性评价,为COVID-19治疗提供新的见解和潜在的治疗靶点。
