阿司匹林抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展

摘要

自100多年前被发现以来,阿司匹林被广泛用于解热、镇痛、抗炎和抗风湿性疾病的活动。除了这些应用,越来越明显的是,该药物在癌症领域也有巨大的潜力。在这里,我们简要回顾一下目前对阿司匹林抗肿瘤作用的认识。它们是多种多样的,从抑制主要的细胞mTOR通路,通过抑制能量产生,抑制血小板聚集和颗粒释放,抑制肿瘤细胞的免疫逃逸,到减少炎症反应,作为一种卡路里限制模拟物。我们认为这五种作用机制是阿司匹林抗肿瘤作用中最重要的,其抗肿瘤作用可能最终来源于其抑制能量代谢、血小板功能和炎症反应。因此,阿司匹林在减少各种类型肿瘤的发生、增殖和转移方面发挥着重要作用。然而,收集的大部分数据仍然基于流行病学调查。要想将阿司匹林广泛应用于癌症治疗,还需要更直接有效的证据,并解决服用阿司匹林的副作用。
