摘要

大多数肝细胞癌(HCC)患者被诊断为晚期,只能从系统治疗中获益。虽然HCC具有高度的耐治疗性,但在HCC的分子靶向治疗和免疫治疗方面已经取得了显著的成就。除了瑞戈非尼, FDA批准卡博替尼和雷莫芦单抗在索拉非尼治疗病情进展后进行二线靶向治疗。作为一线治疗, 纳武利尤单抗未能证明其在总生存期(OS)方面的显著优势,而作为二线治疗,帕博利珠单抗在OS和无进展生存期(PFS)方面均未达到预先指定的统计学意义。靶向制剂、免疫检查点抑制剂和其他干预手段的联合应用显示了良好的效果。本文就系统治疗肝细胞癌的研究进展进行综述,并对肝细胞癌的未来治疗方向进行讨论。
