摘要
精神分裂症是一种多因素,高度复杂的行为和认知障碍,由大脑中神经递质的破坏引起,因此影响其功能。已知该疾病影响全世界约1%的成年人口。在治疗中使用的抗精神病药有很多缺点,因为它们的主要目的是缓解疾病不同方面的积极症状,而不能治疗消极和认知症状。考虑到常规抗精神病药物治疗的功能预后较差,近期有效靶标的开发具有重要的临床意义。在这篇综述中,我们总结了关于精神分裂症的最新方法和进展的观点。用于治疗精神分裂症的新的具有治疗潜力的化合物作用于代谢型谷氨酸受体,基质金属蛋白酶,内源性大麻素受体,烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体,毒蕈碱型乙酰胆碱胆碱能受体和强啡肽/κ阿片受体系统。这篇综述探讨了多巴胺能系统以外的不同受体有效治疗和管理精神分裂症的功能。本文将为读者提供有关精神分裂症的新靶点指南。
