摘要
目的:本研究旨在探讨吗啡和纳洛酮对家兔结肠组织肠蠕动及Cajal间质细胞数量的影响。 方法:30只家兔随机分为5组,每组6只,分别为生理盐水对照组(NS组),低浓度吗啡组(L组),中等浓度吗啡组(M组),高浓度吗啡组(M组)。吗啡组(H组),中等浓度的吗啡和纳洛酮与拮抗剂组(NM组)混合。在这五组中的兔子被施以硬膜外穿刺管和硬膜外背痛泵,并连续输注七天。观察粪便特性,并计算墨水推进率。通过western blot检测ICC C-kit蛋白在结肠组织中的表达水平。 结果:L,M和H组的粪便特征比NS和NM组的更为严重。此外,L,M和H组的肠道推进率低于NS和NM组。与NS和NM组相比,L,M和H组的兔子结肠中的C-kit mRNA和蛋白表达显着降低。 结论:纳洛酮阻断C-kit的mRNA和蛋白表达,改善肠道运动功能。
