背景:感染是世界范围内主要的死亡原因之一,由于抗药性增加,目前可用的治疗方法仍不能令人满意。因此,需要开发具有不同作用机理的新药。但是,开发新的抗微生物剂是一个漫长而昂贵的过程。因此,大多数制药公司都希望重新利用已经可用的药物来抵抗微生物感染。 方法:与SERM和微生物感染有关的数据摘自Pub Med(从1997年1月至2018年12月)。从1997年至2018年,共发表了101篇关于SERM和微生物感染的研究。 结果:根据纳入和排除标准,已经纳入了25项研究,用于分析有关SERM抗菌作用的证据水平。新兴的报道表明,选择性雌激素受体调节剂(SERMs)在体外和体内条件下通过不同的作用机理对正常和耐药菌株对多种微生物具有抗菌作用。 结论:总之,SERM可以单独或与现有的抗菌剂一起开发为广谱抗菌剂。
