在世界各地的男性和女性中,肺癌都是导致乳腺癌后与癌症相关的死亡的主要原因。因此,疾病的早期发现是改善患者预后和生存的重要步骤。如今,新定义的microRNA可调节基因表达的30%至60%。 microRNA谱的变化与许多健康状况相关联,使其成为复杂的生物标志物,可及时(即使不是早期)检测到癌症。尽管对真实样品中的microRNA的评估已证明具有挑战性,但这在很大程度上归因于这些分子的独特特性。短长度,序列相似性和低浓度是定义microRNA的因素之一。近来,专注于大规模护理点的诊断技术最近作为早期诊断癌症的理想候选者而受到关注。电化学纳米生物传感器作为一种分子方法最近受到了广泛的关注,在灵敏度,特异性和可重复性方面以及在护理点测试的适应性方面显示出巨大潜力。纳米材料在电化学装置中的应用前景广阔,为同时评估多种癌症生物标记物带来了多重潜力。由于其令人着迷的特性,这些材料可用于提高癌症诊断的效率,提供更准确的预后预测并以更有效的方式监测对治疗的反应。本文简要概述了在肺癌中微小RNA检测的电化学生物传感器迅速发展的领域中的最新进展。
