梗阻性黄疸及肠内外胆管引流后小鼠肠上皮Paneth细胞的功能变化

摘要

目的:探讨梗阻性黄疸(OJ)小鼠及胆内引流(ID)和胆外引流(ED)小鼠肠上皮中Paneth细胞的功能变化。 方法:实验分为两个阶段。第一阶段:将小鼠随机分为两组:(I)假手术(SH); (II)OJ。在手术前和手术后的第1、3、5和7天处死小鼠以收集标本。第二阶段:将小鼠随机分为四组:(I)SH; (II)OJ; (III)OJ和ED; (IV)OJ和ID。他们在第5天因胆道引流手术而再次手术。第10天收集标本。 结果:OJ组随时间的变化溶菌酶和cryptdin-4的表达先升高后降低,随着OJ时间的延长,Paneth细胞数逐渐减少(p <0.05)。小鼠二次手术缓解OJ后,ID组的Paneth细胞数量以及溶菌酶和cryptdin-4的表达均明显高于ED组(p <0.05)。 结论:OJ可引起小鼠肠道Paneth细胞功能异常。在恢复Paneth细胞功能方面,ID比ED更重要。这可能是使ID优于ED的机制之一。
