左乙拉西坦对癫痫患儿认知功能和阵挛发作频率的影响

摘要

目的:本研究旨在探讨左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效。 方法:选择2017年1月至2017年12月的136例癫痫患儿。采用随机数表法将其分为实验组和常规组,每组68例。 常规组用丙戊酸盐治疗,而实验组用左乙拉西坦治疗。 比较两组的阵发性癫痫发作的有效率,认知功能和发生频率。 结果:两组总有效率无显着性差异(P> 0.05)。 两组在治疗前的注意力,执行能力,抽象度和定向得分均无显着性差异(P> 0.05)。 经过常规组。 两组间差异有统计学意义,低于常规组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 结论:左乙拉西坦治疗小儿癫痫有效。 它能有效改善患者的认知功能,减少肌阵挛性发作和强直性阵挛性发作的频率,具有很高的推广价值。
