摘要
全球人口老龄化正在迅速加速,从2004年的46,100万人(年龄在65岁以上)到2050年的估计20亿,对健康和社会护理的计划和提供产生了重要影响。 人口老龄化最成问题的表现是身体虚弱的临床状况,这是脆弱性增加的一种状态,这种脆弱性是由于许多生理系统中的微观损伤积累而发展起来的结果,即使在健康状况发生后,这种变化也会导致健康状态发生惊人且不成比例的变化看起来很小的侮辱。由于对衰弱的生物学知之甚少,因此了解这一现象的一个重要观点是确定健康衰老期间生理上发生的变化如何反而会促进累积下降,继而减少同调储备,并在较小的情况下也增加脆弱性压力事件。 在这种情况下,本综述旨在提供分子机制的描述,该分子机制通过对衰老的行为和神经元功能产生关键影响,可能与衰弱的发展有关。此外,由于这些生物系统也参与了为应对环境挑战而制定的应对策略,因此,我们提出生活方式压力的作用是促使衰老脆弱的重要因素。
