Toll样受体(TLRs)是模式识别受体的成员,在宿主免疫中起着关键作用。TLRs对病原体编码的病原体相关分子模式或死亡细胞释放的损伤相关分子模式做出反应,启动炎症级联,在那里可以发挥有益和有害的影响。积累的证据表明,TLRs与各种肾脏疾病密切相关,但其作用仍不清楚。本文综述了TLRs在泌尿系感染、肾小球肾炎、急性肾损伤、移植肾功能障碍和慢性肾脏疾病等肾脏疾病发病机制中的作用。
