摘要
背景:已经提出GAS可以形成生物膜。生物膜是在表面聚集的微生物群落,存在于自我产生的细胞外聚合物质基质中。生物膜为细菌提供了更高的生存优势,其中细菌持续存在,并抵抗宿主免疫和抗菌治疗。生物膜表型长期以来被认为是许多革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌的毒力机制,然而关于生物膜在GAS发病机理中的作用知之甚少。 目的:本综述概述了目前GAS发病机制中生物膜的知识。本综述评估了GAS生物膜形成的证据,GAS毒力因子在GAS生物膜形成中的作用,GAS生物膜的建模,并讨论了与GAS相关的口咽生物膜的多微生物性质。 结论:需要进一步研究以提高目前对GAS作为单一种生物膜的理解,以及作为多微生物生物膜的成员。在密切模拟体内条件的环境中改进的GAS生物膜形成模型将确保实验室中产生的生物膜密切反映临床感染期间发生的生物膜。
