摘要
恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,已成为世界上第二大死因。 目前,抗肿瘤药物是治疗癌症最常用的方法之一。 近年来,随着对肿瘤生物学及相关学科的深入研究,人们逐渐发现细胞癌变的本质是细胞信号转导途径紊乱引起的细胞无限增殖,随后发生重大转变。 抗肿瘤药物研发的概念。 研究和开发的重点正在从传统的细胞毒性药物转向针对肿瘤细胞中异常信号系统靶标的新一代抗肿瘤药物。 本文综述了抗肿瘤药物的靶点,分析了其作用的分子机制,为后续的治疗,研究和开发奠定了基础。
