摘要

背景:鲍曼不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌是住院患者的主要关注点。 方法:我们评估了从66个重症监护室(ICU)患者中回收的鲍曼不动杆菌(n = 29)和铜绿假单胞菌(n = 37)分离株的抗生素和抗菌性,并确定了qacE,qacEΔ1和整合子的流行情况。临床分离株。通过Kirby Bauer盘扩散和肉汤微量稀释方法分别进行抗生素和抗菌敏感性测试。通过PCR检测抗性基因和整合子。 A.鲍曼不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌ICU分离株分别显示100%和70.3%的抗生素多重耐药模式。 结果:分离株还显示出对埃及医院常用的抗菌药物(苯扎氯铵,苯并噻嗪和氯己定)的高水平抗性(MIC>16μg/ ml)。与qacE基因(分别为52.0%和33.0%)相比,QacEΔ1基因在鲍曼不动杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌分离株中均显示出较高的流行水平(分别为93.5%和78%)。与铜绿假单胞菌分离株(37.8%)相比,intI1在鲍曼不动杆菌分离株中更为普遍(65.5%)。铜绿假单胞菌抗性基因型与抗生素和抗菌剂抗性模式显着相关。鲍曼不动杆菌抗性基因型与抗菌性抗性模式有关。 结论:过量使用抗菌剂可能会增加细菌耐药性,特别是在这些病原体中intI1整合子的高流行率。
