摘要
背景:合成化合物与药物应用于脑功能障碍的日常设计和合成,有良好的第一反应,但也很少严重的副作用。这就要求寻找基于天然化合物的药物潜力的替代疗法。从各种植物和节肢动物的毒液中分离出的天然化合物以其抗菌(抗菌、抗病毒)和抗炎活性而闻名,但需要更多的研究,以更好地了解其结构和药理特征的新的治疗应用。 目的:本文介绍了从植物和节肢动物毒液中分离出的天然化合物的结构和药理特征,这些特征与它们在治疗脑功能障碍中的功效和效力有关。我们提出了属于萜烯(柠檬烯)的天然化合物的多重治疗作用,单萜类化合物(1,8-cineole)和二苯乙烯类化合物(白藜芦醇),以及天然肽(阿维菌素、乳突蛋白和蜂毒素)。 结果:本文综述了近年来有关脑内天然化合物药理作用的研究进展;含有天然化合物分子和功能特征的最有用的数据库;与一些合成化合物相比,最重要的天然化合物分子描述符。 结论:天然化合物是神经系统治疗的一种真正的选择,为今后天然化合物的研究提供了有益的工具。
