泪液膜(TF)是一种覆盖整个眼表表面(OS)的三层动态液体,由粘液,水和脂质之间的深层相互作用组成。由于其结构和功能,TF在维护OS完整性和视觉质量方面起着举足轻重的作用。青光眼的药物治疗被认为会通过改变包括TF在内的眼表单位的所有组成部分而严重干扰OS稳态。防腐剂的存在,每日滴眼液的滴注次数以及治疗的持续时间是导致TF变化的主要因素。从生理病理学的角度来看,TF的改变是由毒性和过敏机制引起的,其原因是杯状细胞和睑板腺丢失,副泪腺功能障碍和上皮细胞破坏。详细地,TF变化以粘液层变薄,粘蛋白浓度降低,水层体积减少以及随着泪液蒸发增加的脂质层变薄来表示。高渗和不稳定性代表了这些变化的主要特征,并且是医源性干眼的一种表现。 TF还经历了分子修饰,主要反映了治疗或疾病引起的OS炎症状态。在过去的几年中,由于分子变异可能被认为是青光眼的潜在候选生物标志物,因此该研究领域的兴趣日益增长。这篇综述的目的是报告青光眼期间发生的主要TF变化,探讨它们可能与青光眼相关的眼表疾病和患者生活质量之间的关系,以及它们作为疾病潜在生物标志物的作用。
