摘要
背景:虫草素是冬虫夏草的一种核苷酸类似物,在传统医学中占有重要地位。 目的:在这篇综述文章中,我们讨论了虫草素与其公认的细胞靶标相互作用的分子方面的最新发现,以及其抗癌活性的可能机制。 方法:我们已经探索了诸如pubmed,google Scholar,scopus和web of science之类的数据库,以获取有关虫草素及其抗癌活性机制的最新信息,并对此研究进行了综述。 结果:虫草素因其通过多种机制对多种类型癌症的治疗潜力而被广泛认可。更具体地说,虫草素可以诱导凋亡,抵抗细胞周期并引起癌细胞中的DNA损伤,从而杀死或控制癌细胞的生长。虫草素还可以诱导自噬并调节免疫系统。此外,虫草素还抑制肿瘤转移。尽管虫草素在体外和动物模型的抗癌研究中有许多成功的故事,但尚无成功的临床试验。 结论:正在进行的研究研究报告了虫草素具有多种分子机制的高度潜在的抗癌活性。虫草素在抗癌研究中的体外和体内成功可能会影响虫草素的临床试验,并且该分子可能被用于开发未来的癌症药物。
