摘要
背景:卤化麻醉药的预处理和后处理作用使其最适合心脏手术。数项研究表明,药物诱导的心肌调节机制是通过信使RNA和miRNA调节进行酶介导的。这项研究的目的是调查miRNA在卤代麻醉药的心脏保护作用中的作用。为此,我们回顾了文献以确定miRNA在缺血条件下以及这些现象预防的并发症中的表达情况。 方法:对100多项研究进行了综述,以鉴定参与麻醉药诱导的心肌调节的miRNA。我们的目标是确定在缺血性疾病,心力衰竭和心律失常发生中起相关作用的miRNA,其表达受围手术期卤化麻醉药的调节。迄今为止,尚未进行任何研究来评估miRNA在麻醉药诱导的心肌调节中的作用。 miRNA作为生物标志物和基于miRNA的治疗方法的潜力,涉及miRNA的合成,抑制或刺激,是心脏病领域未来研究的有希望的途径。 结果:心肌调节的每种心脏保护作用都与几种(不是单个)miRNA的表达有关。关于miRNA在心脏病和心肌状况中作用的累积证据为治疗和诊断提供了新的机会。 结论:卤化麻醉药可调节参与心脏疾病的miRNA的表达。卤代药物给药后,需要进一步研究以确定miRNA的表达特征。这些研究的结果将有助于开发心脏手术患者的新型催眠药。
