死于多药耐药(MDR)细菌是一个巨大的困扰,最近的卫生保健系统。在几次杀死耐多药病原体的尝试中,有一些取得了短暂的成功。这些发现或创新的抗菌剂的失败,主要是由于它们对宿主的高度毒性以及病原体对新兵工厂产生耐药性的惊人速度。最近,一些量子点被测试对病原菌,因此,有理由潜在的储存下一代抗菌剂。量子点抗菌性能的关键因素是活性氧。细菌和量子点之间的反应机制需要更好地理解。它们通常针对细胞壁和膜成分,如细菌的脂磷酰甘油和磷脂酰甘油。本文试图用CDocker模拟氧化锌量子点,分析了它们的反应机理以及与上述细菌膜成分的结合势。结果表明,几种病原菌具有很高的抗菌活性,说明了它们在未来抗菌药物开发中的潜力。
