癌症化学疗法或抗肿瘤剂主要是基于杀死快速分裂的癌细胞(如tylophora生物碱及其类似物)而成为当前治疗的基础,而tylophora生物碱及其类似物也已通过多种生物学途径(包括调节免疫系统)表现出抗癌潜力。 然而,持久的临床有效的单克隆抗体的引入揭开了癌症免疫疗法的新纪元。 因此,对癌症发病机理的了解将提供新的可能的治疗选择,包括癌症免疫疗法和靶向药物。 细胞毒剂和免疫疗法的结合可能会提供一些独特的优势,这些优势可与生物学方法互补并具有潜在的协同作用。 在本文中,我们重点介绍了癌症中免疫调节作用的动态机制以及口服活性抗肿瘤剂tylophora生物碱及其类似物的免疫学方面。 我们还建议,未来的癌症治疗将依赖于肿瘤靶向药物和生物免疫疗法相结合的发展
