巴基斯坦抗癌药用植物种族,药理和植物化学基础综述

癌症的广泛出现和对化学治疗剂的抗性的发展正在增加科学家对使用民族药物制剂和分离的植物化学物质治疗和预防疾病的兴趣。自史前时代以来,巴基斯坦一直使用药用植物。 本综述旨在鉴定具有种族意义的抗癌植物,并总结对这些药用植物进行的抗癌活性,以确定其使用的药理学和植物化学基础。 对巴基斯坦具有民族药理学意义的抗癌药用植物进行了综述。还列出了这些药用植物的保护状况,全球分布和民族植物制剂。还研究了这些药用植物及其分离的植物化学物质的抗癌活性。 据透露,在整个巴基斯坦,民间传说中有108种抗癌药用植物用于治疗不同的肿瘤病症。在这些抗癌植物中,发现64种植物通过体内和体外方法预先研究了抗癌活性。已经通过体外和动物模型验证了几种种族植物的抗癌活性。这些药用植物和植物化学物质导致抑制肿瘤的起始,进展或转移。一些药用植物(10)是濒临灭绝的物种。 一半的民俗巴基斯坦植物已通过体外或体内方法验证可用于抗各种癌症。有必要对这些巴基斯坦的民俗抗癌植物进行进一步的药理学和毒理学评价。还需要鉴定和分离其他潜在的植物化学物质,以便在癌症患者中进行评估。
