摘要
乳腺癌是全世界女性最常见的癌症。许多研究已经阐明了乳腺癌症样本中人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的存在。然而,HPV在乳腺癌发生中的角色还不清楚,而且这个传染原和乳腺癌细胞之间的互相作用机制仍需更全面的了解清楚。本文中我们讨论了HPV感染在乳腺癌发生中可能的角色。

摘要: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. Several studies have demonstrated the presence of Human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA in breast cancer samples. However, the role of HPV in breast carcinogenesis is not clear, and the interaction mechanisms between this infectious agent and the breast cancer cell need to be more fully clarified. In this article, we discuss the putative roles of HPV infection in breast carcinogenesis.
