摘要
寻找便宜的,容易使用和有效的杀精子剂和杀微生物剂来帮助避免意外怀孕和性传染疾病的传播的研究已经持续了很多年。这篇综述总结了同时起到杀微生物剂和多途径预防的杀精子剂作用的化合物设计,并关注所需方法学研究来评估他们的安全性,尤其是细胞毒性。本文对阴道多功能化合物的合成、发展、优点和缺点进行了一个全面的文献综述。现有数据显示在经过许多挫折过后,当前研究热点在新颖的双重功效的物质的合成和活性上。众所周知的具有独特作用机制化合物的研究为探索可能的发展策略提供了一个坚实的起点。然而,一个完全安全、高效的、商业化的化合物尚未确定。

摘要: The search for cheap, easy-to-use and effective spermicides and microbicides to help avoid unwanted pregnancies and the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases has been ongoing for many years. This review takes into account compounds designed to act both as microbicides and spermicides for multipurpose prevention, and focuses on the required methodological studies to evaluate their safety, especially cytotoxicity. A comprehensive literature review was conducted on the synthesis, development, advantages and disadvantages of vaginal multi-function compounds. The available data shows that after several setbacks, there is a current interest in the synthesis and in the activity of novel dualfunction substances.. The study of well-known compounds with distinctive mechanisms of action provides a solid starting point to explore the possible development of such strategies. However, a completely safe and efficient compound for commercialization has yet to be identified.
