Abstract
In recent years, pharmaceutical chemists have synthesized large numbers of andrographolide derivatives, which bear important biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antivirus, antitumor, antidiabetic, and antifeedant. Consequently, corresponding SARs were increasingly obvious. This paper aimed to review all the available literature in this field, highlighting the significant achievements on the structural modification and SARs of andrographolide and its derivatives.
