摘要
背景:帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是一种长期的、退化的神经系统疾病,患者会失去对某些身体功能的控制。帕金森病作为一种神经退行性疾病,其新的有效治疗方法的制定需要在早期进行准确有效的诊断。 目的:通过分析由生物反应转换的可测量信号收集的数据,可以进行定性和定量评估。在迄今为止报道的各种方法中,生物传感器是用于检测PD生物标志物的强大分析工具。 方法:生物传感器的生物识别成分包括抗体、受体、微生物、核酸、酶、细胞和组织以及仿生结构。本文基于纳米技术和材料科学的最新进展,介绍了PD生物标记物的电化学、光学和光化学检测方法,这些方法促进了该领域高性能生物传感器的发展。 结果:本文综述了α-突触核蛋白、多巴胺(DA)、尿酸盐、抗坏血酸、miRNAs等PD生物标志物及其生物学作用。此外,本文还评估了常用标准方法的优缺点。我们比较了电化学、光学和光化学生物传感器的特性以及提高灵敏度和选择性的新策略。 结论:开发新型生物传感器是PD早期诊断的必要条件,因为它是一种灵敏、快速、可靠和经济有效的系统。
