以视神经病变和视网膜中央动脉闭塞为首发表现的急性视网膜坏死的临床特征

摘要

急性视网膜坏死通常发生在视网膜周边,逐渐融合并进展到后极。视神经病变和视网膜中央动脉阻塞为首发表现非常罕见。我们报告了一例患有视神经病变和中央视网膜血管的患者作为急性视网膜坏死的首发表现。给予抗病毒药物、皮质类固醇和改善血液循环的药物。坏死的视网膜和肿胀的视盘逐渐消失。然而,这只眼睛的最终视力下降到没有光感。从2001年首例报告至今,共报告散发病例8例。平均发病年龄为 60.85±14.05 岁。他们中的大多数人没有病毒感染史。心血管疾病史可能是一个危险因素。伴有肉芽肿性前葡萄膜炎的视网膜血管阻塞患者应考虑急性视网膜坏死。需要进一步的研究来确定是否需要除抗病毒和皮质类固醇治疗之外的治疗。
