摘要
背景与目的:糖尿病是一个全球性的健康问题,已导致数百万人死亡;最常见的糖尿病并发症之一是糖尿病患者的伤口往往愈合较慢或可能根本不愈合,从而导致不良后果。糖尿病伤口如果变成慢性和感染,可能会导致下肢截肢、败血症,甚至死亡。因此,早期发现、仔细检查、清创、清洁以及预防或控制糖尿病伤口的感染是该病例成功转归的重要因素。多年来,针对糖尿病伤口的各种有希望的伤口敷料已被开发出来,它们包含抗菌分子、生长因子和伤口愈合剂。尽管如此,敷料的选择主要基于每位临床医生的经验。 总结:本综述总结了糖尿病并发症、糖尿病伤口和感染的要点。此外,已经对用于局部伤口递送各种活性成分的当前药物递送系统进行了概述。此更新可能有助于科学家,尤其是希望计划和使用新策略来治愈糖尿病伤口的临床医生。
