背景:阅读流利性对我们在我们生活的有文化社会中的运作至关重要。阅读的表达能力或韵律,以及速度和准确性,被认为是流利阅读的关键方面。韵律模式可能会有所不同,而学习阅读的儿童与成年后不一样。但对于导致神经退行性疾病患者的语言障碍和阅读障碍,如阿尔茨海默病(AD)的韵律特征和阅读流利性知之甚少。 目的:研究阅读速度、准确性和阅读韵律,研究阅读流畅性。 方法:参与者为20名健康的西班牙老年人,20例AD患者,年龄为64-88岁。设计了一个实验文本,包括陈述句、感叹句和疑问句、不同重音的单词和低频词。使用Praat软件记录和分析参与者的阅读数。 结果:AD组在音节水平和单词和句子水平上的阅读时间均显著延长。这些患者在单词之间停顿也更多,停顿时间也更长,阅读错误更多。对照组在三种句子中的音节f0都有变化,而这些变化只出现在AD组的陈述性句子中。 结论:停顿,加上轻微的音高变化,较长的阅读时间和错误,损害了AD患者的阅读流畅性。这种阅读特征的评估可能是有趣的可能的诊断标记。
