摘要

间充质干细胞(MSCs)是多能细胞,可以分化成不同的细胞谱系。基于MSC的治疗已成为再生医学中广泛实验的治疗策略,具有可观的结果。最近的报告表明,MSCs的大部分治疗效果是由其通过细胞外囊泡(EV)表达的分泌组介导的。EV是脂质双层结合的组分,携带细胞蛋白,mRNA,lncRNA和其他分子,以介导细胞间通讯和信号传导。事实上,已经观察到MSC衍生的EV具有与MSCs相同的治疗效果,并且不良反应最小,并且可以用作基于MSC的治疗的替代治疗方法。使用各种动物模型已经观察到MSC-EV的再生活性与多个细胞/组织谱系有关。然而,进一步的研究和临床试验对于推进这种新型治疗策略至关重要。本综述提供了对MSC-EV在血管生成,神经发生,肝肾再生以及伤口愈合方面的应用的现有文献的见解。
