头颈部鳞状细胞癌 (HNSCC) 即使在治疗取得巨大进展后,仍然是全球公共卫生负担。它是一种上消化道异质性癌症。当代治疗癌症的策略是使用抗癌药物对抗表达异常的蛋白质。靶向化疗在 HNSCC 中取得了成功,但由于化疗反应不良、药物非特异性、耐药性和药物对非癌组织和细胞的毒性,存活率和高复发率仍然停滞不前。各种广泛的研究导致鉴定出能够有效治疗 HNSCC 的药物靶点。当前的评论文章深入了解了这些有前景的抗癌靶点以及处于不同开发阶段的药物知识。此外,还描述了尚未针对 HNSCC 探索的新潜在目标。我们相信探索和开发针对这些靶点的药物可能对治疗 HNSCC 有益。
