摘要

背景:尽管一些研究表明写作困难可能是阿尔茨海默氏病(AD)的早期症状之一,但与口头语言相比,它们很少得到研究。特别值得一提的是,由于缺乏认知能力,纵向研究很少能观察到书写障碍。 目的:本研究的目的是检查AD患者的写作特征并监测其在随访期间的表现恶化。 方法:比较了64名参与者(一半的AD和一半的健康老年人)在单词和伪单词听写任务中的作用。在2.5年的随访期内,每6个月对患者进行一次评估。 结果:患者表现和错误状况的演变显示出一种典型的恶化模式,即词汇通路的早期损害,后来又扩展到语音通路,并最终影响周围过程。 结论:这些结果证实了从AD早期开始就存在写作困难,支持了该任务对早期诊断的价值
